This accommodation is perfect for 2 – 4 people, it has a living room with sofa bed and a folding bed, a modern kitchen and a spacious bedroom. These beautiful 44 square metres are located on the first floor on the south-west side of the building.
For your information: “Eichkatze” or “Oachkatzl” is a dialect word from Pinzgau and means squirrel.
Dogs are always free. Includes bed, bath and kitchen linen, free Wi-Fi and beds made on arrival.

Equipment

In the living area, there is a dining area, a comfortable three-seater sofa (with bed function), a folding bed, a coffee table and a living wall with storage space. In addition, there is a Smart TV and a DVD player.

From both the living and sleeping areas you have access to the spacious balcony, which is 21 m² in size. It is located on the south-west side of the building.

The spacious bedroom has a large wardrobe, giving you plenty of storage space for all your travel essentials. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet.

The double bed, with its comfortable mattress, is the ideal place to relax and ensures a pleasant night's sleep.

As standard, there are filled soft pillows on the bed. If necessary, we will gladly provide you with additional pillows.
